Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
  • Design and coordinate bespoke experiences for guests and VIPs, including special events, activities, and personalized itineraries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests, ensuring their preferences and expectations are consistently met and exceeded
  • Work closely with other departments, such as concierge, housekeeping, and food & beverage, to ensure seamless delivery of services and experiences
  • Collect and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve the quality of our services and experiences
  • Address and resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive outcome

Peter Chambers Joins Montage International

Montage International has appointed Peter Chambers as EVP/chief information officer. A veteran technology and hospitality executive with more than three decades of experience, he will now oversee and execute the technology strategy for all of Montage International, including corporate office operations and the portfolios of Montage Hotels & Resorts and Pendry Hotels & Resorts.“With his impressive global experience and expertise, I’m delighted to have Peter joining us to lead the technology and cybersecurity strategy of our growing company and hotel portfolios,” said Jason Herthel, president/COO, Montage International.Prior to Montage International, Chambers served as global president of Deployed Technologies (DTech), where he focused on delivering sustainable growth and providing technology strategies and solutions on behalf of customers across the hospitality industry. He was also CEO of Location Logic, a software development company.Prior to that, Chambers served as chief information officer for sbe, where he was responsible for overseeing technology, security and compliance for more than 130 hospitality enterprises around the world. Additionally, he served as global head of IT at Viceroy Hotel Group, leading global technology in driving strategy and planning hotel openings and renovations; and corporate director of IT for hospitality for Vail Resorts.He also led IT managers and teams for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company at its corporate headquarters. He launched his career as a regional manager of information systems for ITT Sheraton/Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and did turns as VP, hospitality for technology services company Combest Inc, and president of Olio Solutions, a provider of technology services for hospitality IT professionals
