Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Two to four years of relevant work experience is required.
  • A strong understanding of the relevant marketplace, competitive landscape, and industry drivers in the region is required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing client relationships, focusing on client service and revenue growth through deepening and expanding relationships.
  • Develop an understanding of existing client needs and coordinate the delivery of tailored solutions across planning, banking, fiduciary, and other verticals.
  • Partner with Portfolio Managers and Associate Portfolio Managers to keep the broader financial plan aligned with the investment strategy.
  • Prepare for, coordinate, and participate in client meetings and touchpoints, and record them in the customer relationship management system.
  • Generate and maintain net worth statements, cash flow analyses, and client family trees.
  • Lead the administrative and compliance aspects of relationships, coordinating with client service specialists to open, fund, and maintain accounts, apply fee schedules, gather and affirm know-your-customer information, and move money and assets as necessary.
  • Prepare for and participate in prospect and Centers of Influence meetings led by the lead Wealth Advisor.
  • Maintain customer relationship management information concerning client interests and contact information so clients are considered for appropriate events and entertainment opportunities.
Desired Qualifications
  • An advanced or graduate degree is preferred.
  • Relevant work experience in financial services with direct client exposure is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as sales support, banking, or product management is preferred.
  • Completion of the Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7, and Series 66 examinations is preferred.
  • Bilingual capabilities and cultural awareness are a plus for building client trust in a global environment.
