Requirements
  • Relevant experience within a paid media based role
  • Strong understanding of digital paid media, particularly paid social media
  • Advanced proficiency with Ads particularly on Meta; but TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, and YouTube, Google Ads and Pinterest is advantageous
  • Experience with brand and performance campaigns
  • High attention to detail, especially with QA’s
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in the use of Excel/Sheets and familiarity with Word/Docs and PowerPoint/Slides
  • An inquisitive and numeric mindset
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to react quickly within a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Plan, buy and optimise on Meta
  • Confidently communicate with the client directly, building a strong relationship
  • Report on activity on weekly basis, through pacing, gsheet reports and read-outs
  • Create key tactical plans to execute media briefs
  • Actively monitor campaigns and suggestion optimisations for best performance to plan
  • Ensure delivery of work is to the highest possible standard within deadlines
  • Ensure constant innovation across all deliverables
  • Contribute to our creative process by sharing your ideas and experience
  • Present work internally and externally
  • Smoothly work with an international team across multiple timezones
