Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in finance
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic planning
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the use of macros, pivot tables, and VBA
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Hyperion) and accounting systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting financial information to various stakeholders
  • Proven management experience, including leading and mentoring finance teams
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute financial strategies in alignment with Jing Dong's goals and objectives.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to business leaders to optimize resource allocation and investment decisions.
  • Build and manage a 5-year strategic planning model, including forecasts for financial statements, CAPEX, and free cash flow, to conduct scenario analysis and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Continuously refine financial models and forecasts to improve accuracy and reliability, enhancing executive decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering professional growth and building a high-performing team.
  • Oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct detailed financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and industry trend analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining the integrity of financial reporting.
  • Leverage advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VBA, to streamline processes and create robust financial tools.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to proactively address risks and opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between senior leadership and operational teams, ensuring financial clarity and alignment.
