Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience building machine learning models for business applications
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning
  • Experience with Python and popular machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
  • Experience with data engineering and cloud computing platforms, AWS a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms to solve complex problems in real-time scheduling and workforce optimization
  • Implement models using AI frameworks/platforms including LangChain, OpenAI, Bard and more
  • Gather, clean, and prepare large datasets for machine-learning models
  • Build and maintain machine learning pipelines that are robust, scalable, and efficient
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into production systems
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models and make continuous improvements
