  • 5+ years of experience as a retail Store Manager
  • 5+ years training delivery experience and skilled facilitator

Responsibilities
  • Training, coaching, and validating the proficiency of Store Managers
  • Delivering key aspects of the Store Manager Training Program
  • Working with Store Managers and Regional Managers to ensure training and development is thriving in stores
  • Collaborating with Regional Managers to support regional training assessment and recommend training programs
  • Evaluating and reporting on proficiency and opportunities in the region
  • Travelling to all stores within the area for ongoing training and coaching
  • Consulting and collaborating with HQ partners on large-scale training initiatives
  • Developing training strategies for engagement, retention, and adoption
  • Supporting content creation and delivery process
  • Delivering training and train-the-trainers for role training programs
  • Maintaining in-depth understanding of store operations, leadership best practices, and product knowledge
  • Auditing training and development practices in stores
  • Supporting planning and execution of new store training strategies
  • Being an ambassador for the brand
  • Providing ongoing feedback to maximize training impact
  • Supporting special projects
