  • Travelling to stores for training and coaching
  • Consulting on large-scale training initiatives
  • Developing training strategies for engagement and adoption
  • Supporting content creation and delivery process
  • Delivering training programs and train-the-trainers
  • Maintaining knowledge of store operations and product
  • Auditing training practices in stores
  • Planning and executing new store training strategies
  • Providing ongoing feedback to maximize training impact
  • Supporting special projects
