Requirements
  • Proficiency in Lean-Agile practices, facilitation, teaching, and coaching.
  • Knowledge of mentoring, transformation, business productization, ideation, design, development, testing, continuous integration and continuous delivery, and DevOps.
  • Ability to understand and properly use market-standard tools used in the Agile space.
  • Knowledge of trading in financial services and/or energy trading.
  • Knowledge of Energy Trading Risk Management systems.
  • Prior experience in data warehousing and data migration.
  • Technology experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, and Delta Sharing.
Responsibilities
  • Mentor teams transitioning to an Agile approach and new ways of working.
  • Coach cross-functional teams on optimizing Agile ways of working, identifying waste, and improving feedback loops.
  • Contribute to the Agile Community of Practice regarding Lean-Agile principles and practices.
  • Coach an embedded cross-functional team of product owners, project management, user experience design, engineering managers, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate discovery and definition outcomes.
  • Facilitate Team of Teams events, retrospectives, and workshops, including story mapping, value stream mapping, Scrum of Scrums, and product alignment.
  • Ensure synchronization between Team of Teams and team-level Agile cadences.
  • Maintain focus on Lean and Kanban metrics, including leading and lagging indicators.
  • Raise visibility of Team of Teams-level impediments, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support and generate Agile project management reports, including Jira queries and planned-versus-earned-value reports.
  • Create psychologically safe and engaging spaces for team collaboration, learning, and Agile maturity assessments that produce continuous and measurable improvements.
  • Work closely with the platform vertical lead to align strategy and execution.
  • Coach other team members and review team dynamics and health.

  • Scrum Master certifications, including CSM, PSM I, PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC.

ECI Group Gets $350M from Almanac

ECI Group has received a $350 million equity infusion from Almanac Realty Investors to support its expansion in the multifamily sector. Alongside a new debt platform with Smith Hill Capital and InterVest, these initiatives are expected to generate over $3 billion in investment and financing growth in the next 3-5 years. ECI plans to acquire and develop multifamily communities in the Southeast and Texas, leveraging both direct investments and joint venture partnerships.
