  • Fluent in English; ability in other languages especially German/ French would be beneficial but by no means essential
  • Comfortable working in a large pan European business, where occasional international travel will be required
  • Educated to a degree standard, ideally in a marketing or business discipline
  • Working together with a Senior CRM Manager and CRM Executive in a Centre of Excellence team, you will be responsible for developing automated marketing campaigns to customers across different marketing channels and in different European markets
  • You will help develop the overall customer contact plan that is based on customer insights, recognises the drivers of value in our business, and allows for essential variations by market and product
  • You will identify and develop automated campaigns including retargeting, cross-selling and reactivation ultimately driving CLV and brand advocacy
  • Define briefs for the campaigns and journeys to be developed, engaging with key stakeholders to obtain their input and priorities to inform your thinking and plans. Key stakeholder groups include Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Social and Design
  • Work with designers/ content writers to build, manage and execute campaigns end-to-end, ensuring all communications have engaging, dynamic and effective content, and that the customer experience is frictionless
  • Interrogate performance reports and analysis to understand the key drivers of campaign performance, developing plans and A/B tests to optimise campaigns to improve results
