Requirements
  • 1+ year(s) of administration or office experience is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams
  • Excellent time management and proven to effectively prioritize workflow.
  • Self-starter and proactive team player.
  • You bring excellent communication skills to the team; both verbal and written.
  • Superior organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders.
  • Level 1 General Insurance License is an asset.
Responsibilities
  • First thing’s first, you’ll be updating client databases, invoicing, quality checking documents and generating letters and emails and other insurance documents using our Broker Management System (EPIC).
  • You’ll scan & attach documentation in the Broker Management System.
  • You’ll handle daily incoming mail (hard copy and electronic) and process outgoing mail.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support for the entire personal lines sales and service teams.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
