Requirements
  • Data entry of incoming prescriptions accurately.
  • Accurate selecting of billing and shipping methods for incoming patient orders.
  • Customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Ability to document patient information into TherigySTM.
  • Ability to provide resolution to customer service issues to ensure member satisfaction.
  • Ability to work with members to provide resolution to payment related issues on accounts/orders.
  • Maintain production levels as determined by supervisor.
  • May assist in orienting and training new employees.
  • Completion of all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
  • Must be available and on-time for scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: Pharmacy technician or related certification.
  • Experience in a customer service-related field.
  • Preferred: 6-12 months experience as a pharmacy technician.
  • Registered with the State of Mississippi as a Pharmacy Technician (Required for Mississippi Employees).
  • Drug test; Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring; Any additional eligibility requirements based on position.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for accurate data entry of incoming prescriptions, if required
  • Responsible for accurate selecting billing and shipping methods for incoming patient orders
  • Customer service coverage for incoming calls and directing incoming calls to appropriate staff as needed
  • Document patient reported information into TherigySTM
  • Provides resolution to customer service issues to ensure member satisfaction
  • Work with members to provide resolution to payment related issues on accounts/orders
  • Maintain and keep reasonable production as determined by supervisor
  • May assist in orienting and training new employees
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • Preferred: Pharmacy technician or related certification
  • Preferred: 6-12 months experience as a pharmacy technician
