Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key stakeholder and become a resource on all things Site Affairs, including advising on technical resources and imparting site knowledge and relevant content for presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Support colleague resource groups and partner with Head of KSQ Site Affairs to develop annual budget allocation.
  • Coordinate community grants and scholarship programs and budgets.
  • Accountable for the KSQ Site Budget with oversight from Head of KSQ Site Affairs.
  • Partner with Global Workforce Experience on input and requirement related to labs, office space, AV/IT meeting space to support a highly productive R&D environment.
  • Maintain distribution lists and support organized databases.
  • Coordinate in collaboration with KSQ SA team, a monthly operational forum for lab heads and operational leads and partners to ensure site continuity and information sharing.
  • Partner with GWE on facility updates and capital planning, ensuring continuity with KSQ Site Head and Head, P&TS Business Operations and KSQ Site Affairs Lead.
  • Be a backup for other Site Affairs members, especially site communications when needed in crisis.
  • In partnership with the Colleague Engagement and Communication Lead, coordinate logistical needs for defined set of initiatives, events, and programs at KSQ such as Science and Culture Day, Site-Wide poster events, eLT visits, Healthy Pfizer Screening, Annual Giving Campaign, and other ad hoc events.
  • Partner closely with Conference Solutions to deliver on events and in partnership with SA team.
  • Maintain effective tracking and update methods to ensure efficient planning with Conference Solutions Teammates.
  • Work with KSQ Site Affairs Lead to oversee outreach, internal site-wide events that focus on science and innovation, such as poster series and seminar series to strengthen site culture of scientific innovation and improve colleague engagement and development.
  • Partner with Head of KSQ Site Affairs and Partner Lines to develop and implement colleague recognition programs.
  • Coordinate volunteer programs.
  • Lead New Colleague Welcome Program for new or transferred colleagues to help colleagues integrate and become fully productive members of our community.
  • Take a proactive approach in learning new policies that are enacted and ensure appropriate staff are aware to stay in compliance.
  • Liase with local benefit programs.
  • Act as a key point of contact for local associations and internal colleagues alike to act as an ambassador to the site.
  • Additional business operations activities defined by strategic needs.

  • Knowledge of healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry
