Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in administration, logistics, or business preferred.
  • 3–5 years of administrative, clerical, or records management experience.
  • Prior experience supporting U.S. Army supply, property accountability, or contractor operations strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Army supply regulations: AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • Proficiency in records management, forms processing, and administrative best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume turn-in environment.
  • Strong teamwork and customer service abilities.
  • Must have the State of North Carolina's driver's license plus proof of insurance.
  • Must have a Real ID.
  • Must be able to travel if/when needed.
Responsibilities
  • Process and review supply and turn-in documents including DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts, and inventory adjustment forms.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and hard copy, in compliance with Army records management requirements.
  • Provide clerical support for property accountability, logistics, and transportation functions.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and forms as directed by site leadership.
  • Enter supply and accountability transactions into Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, LMP, or DPAS.
  • Ensure all equipment turn-in actions are properly documented and records are maintained for audit readiness.
  • Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for submission to the Site Manager, COR (Contracting Officer’s Representative), and QA staff.
  • Provide front-line administrative support to Army units turning in equipment.
  • Assist supply clerks, technicians, and coordinators in resolving documentation errors or discrepancies.
  • Respond to inquiries from Army personnel, supervisors, and government representatives.
  • Ensure all clerical and recordkeeping processes align with Army regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1).
  • Maintain audit-ready records in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
  • Support quality control staff by preparing documentation for inspections, reviews, and audits.
