Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1+ years experience in marketing
  • Experience working on content creation, copy management, and lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude
  • Experience building attribution models and managing performance marketing campaign roadmaps
  • Proven experience in working directly with senior leadership teams
  • High capacity to multitask and handle tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, motivation, and communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Designing, running, and optimizing email marketing campaigns
  • Creating email content
  • Working with internal and external design resources to build HTML emails
  • Configuring marketing campaigns in the customer marketing platform
  • Running & analyzing campaign results
  • Testing different campaign structures, content strategies, promotional incentives, and copy
  • Developing digital marketing calendar, assets, and email campaigns for pet parents
  • Executing cohorting and targeting strategies across a variety of CRM lifecycle campaigns
  • Coordinating with team members to execute campaign launches
  • Performing A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Liaising with the Data to develop processes to understand partner needs, consolidate improvement/requests, analyze results, optimize strategy, and deliver strategic recommendations
  • Utilizing an email marketing platform to implement email campaign strategies
  • Working with product to enhance capabilities and optimize offering
  • Tracking partner funding and upselling where needed
