Summer Intern – Manufacturing Execution System Analysis and Development

As an MES Analyst and Developer intern, you will be a part of a team delivering solutions for manufacturing facilities that seek to improve the way our operations team does business. Working on a team that works to solve business problems in creative and efficient ways, you will learn to think outside of the box, implement scalable solutions, and follow best practices of the MES software industry.

What You Will Do:

• Deepen your understanding of code development and database management.
• Participate in development discussions and implement solutions on real projects
• Work with a team to produce well-rounded solutions.
• Obtain the experience to create a foundation for growth and future opportunities with Allegion

What You Need to Succeed:

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant discipline, e.g. Information Technology.
• Resiliency and ability to adapt quickly.
• An inquisitive nature that seeks to understand concepts and principles about software and the Allegion business practices
• Effective listening, time management and creative problem-solving techniques 
• A desire to learn, grow and develop by working on projects that will impact Allegion’s business and customers
