- Input new OEMs, Dealers, and Equipment to the Voucher Processing Center catalog, provide feedback to the Salesforce development team on system processes for improvements or maintenance, and lead efforts to improve the dealer user experience of Voucher Processing Center, and assist the Voucher Processing team with system issues or processing inquiries.
- Help with monthly data acquisition, validation, and reporting (e.g. manage vendor data collection process, work with internal data and validation team to create monthly reports) and keep records for engagements and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use CALSTART CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems such as Salesforce and Monday.com to keep and maintain records and perform and track daily tasks.
- Lead the development of standard operating procedures for internal processes and using project management tools to further develop enhancements of the program as it pertains to reporting, program funding launches, and program development.
- Support organizing and attending project-related workshops, events, forums, presentations, and webinars, such as drafting announcement emails and presentation slides, coordinating with communications managing webinars, and strategize communication tactics for workgroups and webinars.

2026 Transit Retreat: recap. March 17, 2026 NABSA connects with Rural Transit agencies at Knowledge Sharing Retreat. Earlier this month, NABSA Membership & Engagement Director, Laura Mallonee, attended the 5th Annual Transit Knowledge Sharing Retreat. The Transit Retreat is a 2-day educational event that supports rural, small urban, and demand-response transit and mobility providers across the United States. NABSA is a regular attendee of the Transit Retreat and each year looks forward to gaining insight from rural and small urban communities and sharing how shared micromobility can be scaled and customized to meet the needs of communities of any size. Crawford Area Transportation Authority (CATA) Executive Director and retreat facilitator Tim Geibel says, "The Transit Retreat is a unique, national event that focuses on Rural, Small Urban and Demand Response Mobility providers with targeted content and professional networking and development. Each year, over 40 unique transit and mobility providers from 15+ states join the Transit Retreat." Kicking off the event, NABSA joined the Association of Mobility Managers, Introducing Youth to American Infrastructure (iyai+), CALSTART, National Rural Transit Assistance Program (RTAP), Transit Workforce Center (TWC), and Shared-Use Mobility Center (SUMC) for a session called Get to Know your FTA Technical Assistance Centers and National Partners. This session provided an opportunity to share about NABSA and its role in moving shared micromobility forward in North America. Additionally, Laura Mallonee joined up with Alvaro Villagran and Hani Shamat from SUMC to facilitate a workshop entitled Mobility Innovation in Rural and Small Urban Communities. This interactive workshop generated discussions about what people have learned, challenges they face, and hopes they have in exploring innovative rural and small urban mobility projects. Themes that arose during the discussions were the importance of partnerships and collaboration, opportunities for education and engagement, funding challenges and nuances, and the critical role of networking and knowledge sharing. The Chief Engineer Ed Austin, P.E., with the Alabama Department of Transportation provided the keynote address. Session content ranged from transit innovation to safety, regional connections to the next generation of workers, fare collection to partnerships, and so much more! The event also provided attendees the opportunity to connect with downtown Mobile through shopping, tours, and eats. Inspired by the NABSA Annual Conference, the Transit Retreat hosts their own version of the lightning round slideshow, providing attendees an opportunity to connect with each other and event sponsors with 1 minute introductions paired with a slide. Brazil and Mexico sign Global MoU to Accelerate zero-emission truck sales. Both the governments of Brazil and Mexico have officially signed the Global Memorandum of Understanding on Zero-Emission Medium- and Heavy-Duty Vehicles (Global MoU), joining 40 other national governments in a journey to introduce a goal of 100% new zero-emission medium- and heavy-duty vehicle (ZE-MHDV) sales by 2040. The two countries joined the initiative at this year's COP30 in Brazil, and were subsequently welcomed at the 'Roadmap to Zero: Accelerate. Adopt. Deploy.' event. Volkswagen Truck & Bus e-Delivery - the first 100% electric truck designed and built in Brazil (C) Volkswagen Truck & Bus Currently, the 42 countries that have signed the Global MoU thus far represent almost one-in-four trucks globally, with endorsing companies, organisations and subnational governments representing over 1.3 trillion in annual revenues and national governments representing 40% of the world's GDP. CALSTART launches 2025 ZET Ahead Dashboard, tracking states' progress on zero-emission trucks and buses. Detroit, MI - Today, CALSTART released the 2025 update to its ZET Ahead Dashboard, an interactive visualization of the progress 23 states (and the District of Columbia) have made toward accelerating the adoption of zero-emission vans, trucks, and buses.
