- A high school diploma is required.
- One to two years of experience in a customer-facing role is required, preferably in a medical or clinical office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, electronic health record/electronic medical record systems, and scheduling and billing systems is required.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
- The ability to multitask and perform duties efficiently in a fast-paced work environment with few errors is required.
- A high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative is required.
- Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in an intimate clinical setting are required.
- Welcome members and visitors, manage interactions, conduct check-ins, and coordinate appointments.
- Respond promptly to calls, messages, and emails.
- Guide new members through onboarding, including agreement forms, program details, and payment discussions, and support their ongoing success.
- Process orders and billing and maintain inventory.
- Manage mail and packages, including outgoing shipments.
- Support new-hire setup and training through curriculum review and hands-on shadowing.
- Collaborate with the team to improve the member experience and complete projects and assignments.
- A bachelor's or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a medical or clinical office setting is preferred.
