Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Written/Verbal French
  • Management experience: We are looking for proven leaders with 2+ years of management experience
  • Ability to motivate and inspire: You successfully maintain a high level of motivation, positive can-do attitude, and positive culture in your teams
  • Results-oriented leadership: Has a track record of leading teams that consistently hit KPI's

  • Technical Requirements:
  • Experience in customer centric roles
  • Preferred: Experience working with biopsychosocial models of care
Responsibilities
  • Be part of a team of Group Guides, working together to support our members in the community space
  • Engage, validate, and facilitate conversations about chronic pain and the Hinge Health journey
  • Moderate and engage with members in affinity groups (aka special interest groups)
  • Moderate short-term challenges and experiments within the groups feature
  • Collaborate with the team, management, and project managers to enhance the delivery of Groups to our members
  • Provide feedback from both guide and member perspective as to the Groups experience and the interface
Desired Qualifications
  • NBC-HWC certified: In depth knowledge of board certified health coaching practices and best practice behavior change strategies executed via SMS communication
  • Background in exercise physiology, exercise science or pain neuroscience
