Responsibilities
  • Sell Teleport’s products and services to existing customers while maintaining and supporting those relationships.
  • Uncover growth opportunities, close them, and ensure on-time renewals.
  • Forecast Net ARR changes and keep Salesforce (SFDC) up to date.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with your accounts.
  • Drive adoption of Teleport's solutions and create customer champions.
  • Seek out new opportunities within existing accounts for upsell and expansion.
  • Deliver on-time renewals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to potential contraction or churn.
