Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Prior experience in internal consulting or human resources strategy roles.
  • Proven experience in change initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills, such as PROSCI or similar.
  • Experience gathering and synthesizing data to support informed decision-making.
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience is required.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a field related to the job is required.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct change impact assessments and create communication plans and materials to support leadership and associate transitions.
  • Coordinate with learning, communications, compensation, and talent acquisition partner teams to support implementation.
  • Create materials to support adoption of new organizational structures and ways of working through change integration support, workshops, and coordinated learning.
  • Track post-implementation project success metrics, assess adoption, and partner with the business and Human Resources Business Partners to make adjustments and plans.
  • Lead workstreams for large-scale organizational design initiatives and lead small- to mid-size organizational design initiatives.
  • Conduct discovery through qualitative and quantitative analysis of organizational structure, work, and processes; gather stakeholder feedback; and design future-state organizations.
  • Support benchmarking by comparing organizational health with industry standards and best-fit approaches and recommending improvements.
  • Draft organizational structures and charts, operating and governance models, and process maps.
  • Build relationships with business leaders and Human Resources Business Partners as an internal consultant.
  • Develop best-fit approaches that align business strategies with organizational structure, leadership, and culture to optimize organizational performance and effectiveness.
  • Conduct analysis to understand desired future states and success metrics and identify best-fit organization development solutions across structure, process, systems, and people.
  • Design and facilitate key events, including workshops, to support leaders in intentional alignment and planning.
  • Facilitate post-implementation reviews and benchmarking to drive continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications
  • Three years of experience in organizational design is strongly preferred.
  • A master's degree in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to interact effectively with and influence executive leaders.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to initiate project plans with minimal guidance.
  • Discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Lowe's beats Home Depot with 1.3% sales growth as AI tools boost customer service

Lowe's has outpaced Home Depot in the battle for home improvement shoppers, with comparable sales rising 1.3% year over year in Q4 2025, compared to Home Depot's 0.3% increase.
