About the opportunity:
Join the Business Development Global Accounts team to support the growth of some of Shutterstock’s most opportunistic and strategic accounts. The team’s scope of responsibilities includes creating and pitching customer strategies, working with Enterprise Sales, Product and Technology to help identify and execute partnerships, revenue opportunities and other strategic initiatives to help Shutterstock expand our market share, extend our platform to make customers more successful and enter new markets.

The Day to Day

• Work closely with Business Development Directors’ to provide white glove services to Shutterstock’s most strategic partnerships across Global Accounts,

• Lead the execution of existing partnerships liaising with internal support teams to execute seamlessly on agreement terms, 

• Support the Global Accounts team on due diligence including but not limited to proposals for new strategic opportunities, account planning and customer meetings/ events,

• Help identify upsell opportunities within Global Accounts and work with Business Development Directors to establish a strategy and approach,

• Create the best possible experience for our Global Accounts to enable continued partnership cycles and long term positive relationships.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• 6-8 years of experience leading customer relationships and supporting complex transactions in Product, Marketing, and/ or Technology partnerships,

• Direct experience managing product integrations, strategic partnerships, or workflow solutions a plus,

• Effective presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex issues in formal and informal settings,

• Ability to project manage, manage multiple stakeholder teams and communicate effectively with internal departments to facilitate business needs,

• Strong analytical skills critical with ability to analyze our customer approaches and processes and recommend impactful improvements,

• ‘Can do’ attitude with a desire to work across multiple projects simultaneously and fill in team and resource gaps where needed,

• Proven results in consistently exceeding performance targets.

The pay range for this position is below:

    • 135,000 - 145,000 per year in New York

Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of the location(s) below may differ based on the cost of labor, market, and additional factors.

The pay range for this position is below:

    • 130,000 - 145,000 per year in New York

Note: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission). Non-commission roles are expressed as base salary only but are also eligible for annual incentives.
