  • Must have a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License and the ability to lift 50 pounds
Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and manage desktop and laptop computer systems, off the shelf and custom applications, and other IT services.
  • Provide tier 1, 2, and 3 technical support to end users by researching, diagnosing, and resolving issues, as well as fulfilling end user requests.
  • Open and close support tickets, answer calls, and participate in project teams.
  • Create tickets in the City’s ticketing system and escalate issues as appropriate.
