Geisinger is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) Physicians to join our expanding team at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center (GWV) in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This is a unique opportunity to practice high-acuity pediatric emergency care while contributing to system-wide innovation, education, and leadership.

About the Team
At Geisinger, you’ll work alongside adedicated, multidisciplinary teamof pediatric emergency professionals, including:
Over 50 certified Pediatric Emergency Medicine nursesacross the system
In-house Pediatric Hospitalists and Neonatologistsavailable 24/7
Certified Child Life Specialiststo support children and families during care
Advanced practice providers (APPs)and emergency medicine physicians
Fellowship-trained PEM physicianswho lead initiatives in education, quality improvement, and clinical innovation
Collaborative subspecialty supportfrom nearly every pediatric medical and surgical specialty within our 90-bed children’s hospital

Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary: $350,000
Fellowship stipend:$2,500/month from offer acceptance to graduation
Forgivable recruitment loan:$100,000 paid in the first month
