Requirements
- Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED
- 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required
- Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Responsibilities
- Provide world class care of customers and achieve sales goals; strive to grow and improve
- Receive unrivaled training including thorough product knowledge, technology that drives HOM Furniture, and our customer-focused sales solution approach
- Listen attentively and ask the right questions to deliver the perfect design solution
- Maintain price cards in assigned areas
- Perform light duty vacuuming and dusting in assigned areas
- Contribute to exceptional customer experiences whether in online digital showroom or in stores
