Requirements
  • B.S/M.S degree in Computer Science or related major
  • Available to work 40 hours per week at Mountain View CA
  • Experience programming in C, C++, Java, Python, or Go
  • Experience with algorithms and data structures
  • Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Good knowledge of OS and Linux internals
  • Networking protocols such as TCP/IP
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate infrastructure builds with application deployment processes
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal operating conditions
  • Participate in the development and implementation of automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations tasks
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of SRE best practices and procedures
  • Engage in on-call rotations, providing timely responses to critical issues and incidents
  • Continuously learn and stay current with industry trends and best practices in site reliability engineering.
