Requirements
  • Preferred: bachelor’s or master’s degree in Construction Engineering or Management or Architecture.
  • Consideration also for candidates with a Technical Diploma (Geometra) and substantial experience in relevant activities.
  • Preferred experience in construction management, facilities, and real estate.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for organizing, supervising, and updating the plans for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of buildings.
  • Defining the necessary facilities services for the optimal management of workplaces across various locations.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and understanding the spatial requirements of departments and the usage needs of end users.
  • Identifying, selecting, and managing suppliers of goods and services, and defining contracts with moderate responsibility.
  • Assisting in the development of any renovation, reassessment, or optimization projects in line with business needs.
  • Supervising construction sites and companies tasked with the work in case of development projects.
