  • Bachelor’s degree in communications

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Global Head of Liquidity Management, Head of Digital Assets and Head of Digital and Data Platforms among other key Services leads to create a comprehensive communications strategy for both internal and external audiences
  • Partner closely with communications leadership and teams to inform and advise on both ongoing communications work and areas of opportunity
  • Work with the team to maintain, strengthen and/or build relationships with business, finance, tech, trade and other niche sector reporters
  • Partner with the Services leadership team on social media strategy and execution
  • Work as a collaborative partner within the firm as well as with key external partners
  • Develop and maintain a robust understanding of Global competitors and industry at large
  • Provide support on issues management to protect Citi’s brand reputation
  • Utilize data and analytics tools to generate insights and showcase business impact
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
