Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Be the friendly voice on the phone, the helpful email responder, and the go-to expert in chat—building strong relationships through stellar service.
  • Take charge of the entire order process, ensuring everything is accurate and timely.
  • Share your product knowledge and guide customers to the perfect solutions for their needs.
  • Break down barriers and coordinate with designers, installers, and end customers to make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Deliver top-notch service that leaves a lasting impression on every customer you connect with.
