Requirements
  • Working toward a B.S. in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or an M.S. in Renewable & Clean Energy.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office programs with an emphasis on data entry and analytics.
  • Experience working in the Energy field: particularly with lighting, HVAC, controls, or building envelope.
Responsibilities
  • Help our clients identify and implement cost effective Energy Efficiency projects that pay for themselves through savings (e.g. Lighting, HVAC, Controls, VFD’s).
  • Assist our clients recoup investments on past, current, and future Energy Efficiency projects (e.g. Utility Programs, PJM, EPACT, Federal, State, Local Grants).
  • Support our clients design, own, and operate on-site generation systems (e.g. Cogeneration, CHP, WER, Solar, Wind).
  • Help our clients’ problem solve complex Energy Efficiency problems (e.g. Audits, Assessments, Measurement & Verification, Training).
  • Responsible for assisting the Smart Building Solutions Engineering team on Energy Services related projects.
  • Help the team audit facilities, complete energy efficiency calculations, compile a collection of creative ECMs, and help sell projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
