Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity or skill in identifying and implementing generative artificial intelligence solutions.
  • Knowledge of encryption and key management security practices.
  • The ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal direction from a supervisor.
  • Excellent customer support, the ability to articulate progress and issues, and attention to detail.

  • Working knowledge of national and international banking standards for encryption and retail banking security, including TR-39, EMV, PCI-PIN, PCI-P2PE, PCI DSS, and SSAE 18.
  • The ability to travel 5–10% of the time.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning, documenting, coordinating, and implementing recommended data protection, symmetric key management, and Public Key Infrastructure tasks.
  • Assist in developing expertise in the acceptable use and issuance of deployed data protection solutions, PKI certificates, and key management practices.
  • Assist in developing expertise in key management fundamentals and apply that knowledge to hardware security modules and key management procedures.
  • Work with the team to identify, review, and implement safeguards for deployed data protection solutions, PKI, and banking symmetric key generation systems according to industry requirements and compliance guidelines.
  • Support the team in analyzing risk assessments and recommending acceptable uses of encryption technology and security measures.
  • Support the team in evaluating encryption methods and algorithms for data transmissions and data at rest to protect confidential information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procedure documentation within established policies and guidelines.
  • Support data protection, symmetric key, and PKI tasks conducted to industry-compliant standards.
  • Support the team in maintaining enterprise secrets management capabilities for secure storage, access, and lifecycle management of sensitive credentials.
  • Improve operational efficiency using generative artificial intelligence, log analytics, and automated failure recovery.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience, with 2 or more years of work experience.
  • CISM, CISA, ITIL, or CRISC certification.
  • PCI SSC ISA certification transferable to Visa.
  • Knowledge of hardware security module administration practices and capabilities.
  • Familiarity or skill in identifying and implementing generative artificial intelligence solutions.
