Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7-10+ years of relevant accounting experience (combination of public accounting and industry experience highly preferred)
- Prior experience managing a team required
- Prior experience with NetSuite, Workiva, BlackLine, Coupa, Certent, and Workday a plus and highly proficient in Microsoft excel
- Self-motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment
- Positive and team-oriented spirit
- Excellent analytical and critical analysis skills
- Master new systems and applications quickly
- Extremely well-organized, data driven and comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects

- Cardlytics is seeking a Director, Corporate Accounting to join our Accounting team. You will be part of a fast-paced organization and have the opportunity to collaborate with the CFO, Controller and wider Accounting and Finance team on the direction of the accounting functions of the organization
