  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with at least 3 years in Marketing Cloud
  • Strong hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio)
  • Experience in managing technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions
  • Knowledge of data modeling, API integrations, and enterprise architecture principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality solutions
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across multiple projects
  • Collaborate & Assist to Define solution architecture, technical standards, and best practices for Marketing Cloud implementations
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
  • Develop, maintain & support integrations between Marketing Cloud and enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Snowflake)
  • Provide technical expertise and support during complex development initiatives and solving complex issues / critical incidents affecting business
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards
  • Communicate effectively with project & support teams and stakeholders on technical progress and risks
  • Help manage SLAs and KPIs for support operations and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
  • Drive adoption of Marketing Cloud capabilities and promote user enablement through technical guidance and best practices

April 7, 2026- Darby Thompson is joining Owens & Minor as Vice President (VP), Strategic Business Development and will report to Dean Huibregtse, Senior Vice President (SVP) Strategic Business Development. After working in various Commercial Account roles at Owens & Minor in the early 2000s, Darby went on to lead business development strategies in the industry and most recently served as the Director of Health System Strategy at Hanger Clinic. He is bringing his over 25 years of healthcare experience and a proven track record in business development with IDNs and GPOs to Owens & Minor.
