Requirements
  • Total 10 to 15 years of industrial experience in Embedded (for at least two of verticals specified above), pre-sales and client solution management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Business development, preferablywith an Embedded & Electronics service line. Managerial experience in clientmanagement, customer engagement and account mining.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Experience in handling contracts and NDA’s.
  • Should have done at least 10 to 15 M USD sales in Embedded area.
  • Bachelors or Masters in Electronics/ Control Systems or equivalent
Responsibilities
  • Bring immediate business from known accounts.
  • Identify new clients (Must Enter Category) in the Embedded services for the specified verticals and actionize plans to build quick revenue streams.
  • Proactively create and develop business opportunities with new clients (OEM and Tier1’s) in order to generate new business and to build relationships
  • Collaborate with Delivery service lines for demand forecasting, provide talent pipeline visibility for all focus competencies
