Requirements
- A degree in Law is required.
- At least 4–5 years of professional experience in the legal field is required.
- Admission to practice law is required, with 1–4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Solid knowledge of administrative law, with specific expertise in public procurement and tender procedures, is required.
- Professional English-language proficiency is required, particularly in a legal context.
- Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail are required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for teamwork are required.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized legal advice on public contracts, including participation in public tender procedures, concession award procedures including public-private partnership operations, management of relationships with partners and contracting authorities, and administrative proceedings before the competent Italian and European public-procurement oversight and control authorities.
- Provide assistance and advice during the execution of public procurement and concession contracts, focusing on preventing, managing, and resolving issues connected with contract performance.
- Provide assistance and advice in managing pre-litigation and litigation, both judicial and extrajudicial, during tender and contract-execution stages.
- Support the development of procedural and litigation strategies for the rapid and effective resolution of civil and administrative disputes related to public tenders.
- Monitor and analyze legislation, particularly bills and developments to the Public Contracts Code, to ensure continuous updating and correct interpretation of new legislative provisions.
Desired Qualifications
- Professional experience in the IT sector is preferred.
