Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, resourceful, and results-driven Brand Solutions lead (Specialist to Manager level) to join our team. This hybrid role is designed to focus on business development through strategic networking, client engagement, and content creation that opens doors to new opportunities with prospective clients.
Working closely with the SVP – Brand Lead, you will identify opportunities, leverage the organization’s proprietary insights tools to craft impactful content, and develop strategies that drive client engagement across the Canadian and U.S. markets, with a strong emphasis on the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
Networking, Client Engagement, and Relationship Building:
- Represent us at industry events and conferences, expanding connections and the client base in key U.S. markets.
- Foster relationships through consistent follow-ups, positioning us as a trusted partner for long-term opportunities.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies using in-person meetings, email, CRM tools, and LinkedIn to engage top prospects with our proprietary insights.
- Prospect and qualify leads, aligning our solutions with each clients’ needs and collaborating with senior leaders to close deals.
Insights-Driven Content and Strategy Development:
- Leverage our proprietary insights tools to provide data-driven consumer and market insights to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the wider team to translate these insights into actionable strategies that ultimately drive client growth.
- Create insight-driven content to support business development, including pitch decks, presentations, thought leadership articles, social media posts, and case studies.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop materials that resonate with our target audiences while showcase our unique capabilities.
What a typical day might look like:
- Networking: Attend industry events to spark meaningful conversations, identify potential opportunities, and establish actionable next steps.
- Client Engagement: Participate in calls where insights are shared, facilitate Lunch ‘n Learn or Inspiration sessions, and nurture new and existing client relationships through relevant, value-driven content.
- Content Creation: Develop blogs, tailored outreach materials, and other content leveraging key insights to increase visibility and client engagement. Support webinars and other content initiatives as needed.
- Strategic Planning: Stay on top of marketing trends and collaborate with the team to craft innovative strategies that resonate with clients.
- Task Management: Manage multiple priorities, ensuring timely and impactful delivery of work.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a client-facing role within a brand consulting, marketing agency, or data-driven environment.
- Proven track record in business development, brand growth, or client retention.
- Results-driven with experience in pitching, opening doors to new opportunities, and exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and insight-driven decision-making.
- Ability to understand data and translate it into impactful client strategies.
- Skilled at leveraging insights to inform and enhance marketing approaches.
- Proficient in creating compelling, professional content to support business development and client engagement.
Skills:
- Soft: Relationship-oriented, collaborative, solution-oriented, resourceful, performance-driven, outgoing, and social.
- Hard: Understanding of AI, PPT, Canva or other creative resources. Hubspot is a plus.
