Responsibilities
  • Direct the day-to-day operations of the Construction and Design department for our growing North American organization.
  • Oversee all aspects of large-scale construction, design and maintenance projects, including working with outside vendors and contractors.
  • Manage third party professionals such as architectural, civil, structural, electrical, mechanical and other contractors.
  • Build and maintain successful internal relationships with departments such as Executive Leadership, Legal, Finance, Operations, Engineering and Facilities.
  • Supervise due diligence, construction entitlements, budgets, architectural design reviews, site engineering, permitting, scheduling and project coordination from start to completion.
