Requirements
  • Proven sales and customer service experience is required.
  • A valid Class C driver's license is required; no commercial driver's license is required.
  • A clean driving record in the last three years or 36 months is required.
  • The ability to load and unload up to 50 pounds daily is required.
  • The ability to drive a 26-foot bobtail truck is required.
  • Candidates must be comfortable quickly learning new technology, adapting to updates independently, and picking up new systems with minimal training.
Responsibilities
  • Own and grow a designated route through account management and outside sales.
  • Prospect and close new business within the territory.
  • Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
  • Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
  • Resolve service issues quickly and keep customers satisfied.
  • Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate transaction records.
  • Maintain the vehicle and represent the company professionally at every stop.
