- Identify and define problems in a specific area and work with cross-functional teams (XFN) to develop solutions
- Write detailed user stories and PRDs to help clearly articulate the problem statement and requirements for engineering
- Collaborate with engineering teams in Agile SDLC to execute product changes and improvements
- Define product metrics and setup dashboards to monitor metrics and user funnels
- Monitor metrics and trends and identify issues or areas of improvement
- Work with GTM (Go-To-Market) partners to draft external communications for product updates
- Write internal communications to keep teams aligned on product changes
- Share impact reports with stakeholders and identify next steps for product growth
- Prior hands-on experience with software development, business analysis or product management
- Experience with user research, data analysis, or A/B testing
- Passion for the events industry and creating amazing experiences for users

Eventbrite (NYSE: EB), a global self-service ticketing and experience technology platform, today announced two strategic leadership additions, hiring Gina Stikes as its first-ever Chief Communications Officer and promoting Phil Silverstone to the new position of Chief Customer Officer.
