Responsibilities
  • Foster collaboration across Product, Engineering, User Experience, Operations, Analytics, Workforce Management, Training, Quality, and other business partners.
  • Advocate for end users by bringing forward associate and customer perspectives grounded in GCC and operational experience and demonstrated empathy.
  • Build technical literacy in software development concepts, systems, integrations, and agile delivery to communicate productively with Engineering and technical partners.
  • Build Product Management capability through coaching, mentoring, learning resources, and hands-on product-team participation.
  • Contribute to backlog refinement, product requirement documents, user stories, ticket creation, acceptance criteria, release planning, and product artifact documentation.
  • Draft work items in approved workflow tools using established standards and incorporate feedback from Product, User Experience, and Engineering partners.
  • Participate in stand-ups, iteration planning, product demos, retrospectives, user interviews, and cross-functional alignment meetings.
  • Document key decisions, risks, dependencies, owners, and action items from discovery and delivery meetings.
  • Assist with testing, validation, change readiness, communications, release notes, and support documentation for product launches and enhancements.
  • Balance multiple small feature requests, stakeholder questions, and team commitments while maintaining priorities and follow-through.
  • Maintain product documentation, learnings, decisions, and artifacts in appropriate centralized repositories.
  • Participate in user research, process reviews, shadowing, interviews, and feedback sessions to understand customer and associate frustrations, workflows, and needs.
  • Document current-state processes, gaps, business rules, user needs, and operational impacts using established templates and guidance.
  • Review product, customer, quality, sales, service, and operational data to identify basic trends, monitor defined measures, and escalate questions or insights to the Product Management Manager or product team.
  • Update and monitor established product dashboards or recurring metric reports using approved analytics or business-intelligence tools.
  • Condense complex operational or technical concepts into clear, concise language for non-technical stakeholders and product partners.
  • Use product, process, and customer knowledge to identify customer and associate needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support Product Managers and the business in defining minimum viable product scope, future-state needs, product requirements, and measurable success criteria for enhancements or capabilities.
  • Assist with competitive and market research by gathering and organizing information about product gaps, feature benchmarks, customer expectations, and potential business opportunities.
  • Connect operational feedback, customer trends, associate feedback, and business priorities to product discovery and prioritization discussions.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, Analytics, User Experience, and Engineering to understand goals, metrics, dependencies, technical constraints, and value associated with proposed product work.
Desired Qualifications
  • Exposure to SQL, product analytics, or business-intelligence tools.
  • Exposure to product management, agile ways of working, product requirements, backlog management, user research, sprint delivery, or product launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts and write clear, concise updates for different audiences.
  • Preferred education is a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a field related to the job.
  • Two years of work experience.

The Trump administration is refunding approximately $166 billion in tariff revenue after the Supreme Court struck down its sweeping tariff policy, having returned $100 billion so far. Despite studies showing consumers bore the brunt of initial tariff costs through higher prices, most companies are reinvesting the refunds rather than passing savings to shoppers. Retail executives indicated in earnings calls they plan to put the money back into their businesses. Consumers have filed class-action lawsuits against companies receiving refunds, but none have concluded. Americans have limited recourse to recover funds if companies don't voluntarily lower prices.

Home Depot's Temco Logistics lays off 223 workers across three US states

Home Express Delivery Service, operating as Temco Logistics, is laying off 71 workers in Dallas as it closes its flatbed delivery centre in the Mountain Creek neighbourhood. The facility at 9222 W. Jefferson Blvd. will shut down, with affected employees being separated from employment beginning 26 September. Temco Logistics, a delivery and logistics company providing last-mile and white-glove delivery services for appliances and furniture, was acquired by The Home Depot in 2023. The company has filed similar notices in Florida and Georgia, where it is also closing flatbed delivery centres, resulting in a total of 223 job losses across three states.

Morgan Stanley sees $420 upside in Home Depot amid housing market freeze

Morgan Stanley has maintained its overweight rating and $420 price target on Home Depot following the company's first-quarter fiscal 2026 results, calling it "a turnkey stock without the turn". The firm views the stock's current discount as an opportunity, despite Home Depot trading down 9.14% year to date.
