Team Description:

You will be part of the Quality Systems (QS) Team. QS has a blend of engineers who are responsible for executing design validations, test method validations, sterilization validations, software validations, and manufacturing process validations.

Job Responsibilities and Description:

As a Quality Validation Engineer Intern at Neuralink, you will be a part of the Quality Systems team responsible for supporting cross-functional teams in software validation, process validation and manufacturing validations.

Draft and execute validation protocols.
Creating creative testing structure meeting regulatory compliance per 21 CFR 820 and 21 CFR 58.
Must be an excellent communicator who can clearly and effectively communicate ideas to cross functional team members.
Has advanced knowledge in the areas of Risk Management and Statistical Techniques.
Excellent people skills.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum BS degree.
Action-Oriented/High Energy.
Excellent people skills.
Excellent creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent at putting plans into action.

Preferred Qualifications:

Understands how to build processes.
Understands GD&T and statistical techniques.
Attention to detail and organization.
Good with Python.
Excellent with Gsuite.
Good at simplifying.

Pay Transparency:

Based on California law, the following details are for California individuals only:

California hourly rate range: $35 - $40 and eligible for benefits.

For full-time employees, your compensation package will include two major components: salary and equity. Guidance on salary for this role will be determined according to the level you enter the organization (with the ability to gain more through time as you contribute).
