The Opportunity
The Sr. Salesforce Administrator is a key member of our Revenue Operations function responsible for the management and administration of the company’s CRM (Salesforce). Partnering with internal stakeholders, this role will ensure the adoption and utilization of go-to-market systems (including Salesforce) across the business. The Salesforce Administrator, reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations, has a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and a desire to be challenged with continuous learning. This role will have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders from across various functions including go-to-market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Finance teams.
*This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA or Oakville, ON office.
Duties and Responsibilities
Salesforce (CRM) Administration
- Own the Salesforce ecosystem including system configuration, maintenance and upgrades
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to maintain, support, and enhance system integrations
- Mapping existing processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and removing friction for the revenue teams to create one centralized source of truth
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, profile and permission management, reports and dashboards, workflows, approval processes, and other routine tasks
- Primary point of contact for all user inquiries owning and managing the support ticketing system and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Work independently with business leads to define, document, and develop solutions
- Support operational, administrative, and change management activities.
Enablement
- Onboard, train and coach new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
- Develop documentation and knowledge base for user reference to promote best practices in Salesforce usage
- Design, document, build and test Salesforce functionality as required and communicate new features to users
- Eliminate manual processes, repetitive tasks
- Understand business processes, optimize our systems and tools to enhance them
- Interface with key business stakeholders to align the CRM with our sales strategy and execution efforts
Qualifications
- 5 years of Salesforce experience, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment
- A minimum of 3 years experience as Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with sales and service clouds a must
- Salesforce Certification preferred
- Strong understanding of SFDC best practices
- Experience working with functional business leads to define suitable processes to support operational, administrative, and change management activities
- Effective written and verbal communicator with demonstrated ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to assess the impact of new requirements in Salesforce
