Requirements
  • Comprehension of essential performance metrics and the degradation of RF and Baseband signals
  • Knowledge in wireless communication systems including WiFi and Cellular Technologies
  • Experience testing wireless systems in a chamber test environment
  • Experience using and understanding wireless lab equipment: signal analyzer, signal generator, spectrum analyzer
  • Experience with Python, Shell scripting, and/or C/C++/C#
  • Experience developing test automation including automation scripts
  • Experience with automation infrastructure development and related tools (GIT, CI/CD,database, reporting tools)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
Responsibilities
  • Take lead in ensuring Skydio wireless systems meet design requirements and specifications
  • Develop and lead wireless chamber regression & smoke testing, developing automation to support this effort as needed
  • Creating wireless test plans and test cases based on product requirements specifications
  • Work closely with Wireless engineering teams to support automation testing, debug and identify automation issues, and continue to automate new wireless test cases
