- Assist the Development and QA teams in reproducing customer issues.
- Verify bug fixes and provide detailed feedback.
- Guide customers through patch implementation and software upgrades.
- Address customer inquiries related to software usage.
- Isolate issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Set up and manage internal systems (Docker, RDBMS, etc.).
- Train and mentor support teams.
- Programming experience with Java and Python and exposure with cloud Platforms such as Azure and GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and JMS.
- Previous experience developing Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS).
- Microsoft, Cisco, or Linux certifications are advantageous.
