- You are responsible for maintaining all operations of the establishment, performing preventive and curative maintenance in accordance with current safety and hygiene standards.
- You ensure the safe use of tools and equipment and the security of goods and people.
- You monitor for any equipment malfunctions and act to resolve issues promptly.
- You inform your manager of customer feedback, comments and complaints as a true relay of the technical supervisor.
- You are autonomous and polyvalent, capable of repairing a wide range of issues following best practices (in the Art).
- You maintain customer satisfaction and are vigilant for any operational dysfunctions.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the establishment in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain and repair equipment and facilities to keep the Mama environment in pristine condition.
- Ensure the safe and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Monitor and identify malfunctions or issues with equipment and promptly address them.
- Act as a liaison with the manager by communicating customer feedback, complaints and comments.
- Support the technical manager as a reliable relay and operate with autonomy and polyvalence in repairs.
