Salary Range: 90000 to 110000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership
• Oversee daily operations of R&D, manufacturing, or production teams, ensuring compliance with established standards and deadlines.
• Develop, implement, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Manage and allocate technical resources effectively to meet project goals and company objectives.
• Project Management
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute R&D and manufacturing projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges that arise during development and production.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Work closely with the R&D, engineering, and quality assurance teams to align operations with company goals.
• Serve as a technical liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Present updates and technical data to stakeholders, including executives, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain product integrity and performance.
• Support audits and inspections as needed, providing documentation and technical expertise.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies, methodologies, and processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and new ideas from team members.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive practices.
