Responsibilities
  • Oversee the podcast syndication process (audio-only). Collaborate with hosts, producers, and other teams to ensure high-quality content that aligns with brand voice and audience interests. Manage podcast release schedules and ensure episodes are published on time across platforms. Monitor and analyze podcast performance metrics (downloads, audience engagement, etc.) to track growth and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement monetization strategies for existing podcasts, such as sponsorships, ads, merchandise, subscriptions, and premium content offerings. Build relationships with potential sponsors, advertisers, and partners to generate revenue through podcast placements. Explore and experiment with alternative monetization models, including listener donations, affiliate marketing.
  • Implement strategies to grow the podcast audience through social media, email marketing, and cross-promotion. Engage with listeners and build an active community to foster long-term loyalty and advocacy. Analyze audience feedback, listenership trends, and competitor podcasts to refine content and marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on podcast performance, audience growth, and monetization success. Use data insights to refine strategies and improve listener retention and revenue generation. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the podcasting industry.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies to promote podcasts
  • Familiarity with audio editing tools and podcast production software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, etc.)
