- Minimum of two years of HR Reporting experience.

- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel including but not limited to: navigation and formatting on the Home Tab (Tabs, Ribbon, Save, Protect, Email, Copy, Paste with formats and values, Find, Replace); Simple Statistical and Math Formulas (Sum, Average, Min, Max, Median, Count); Simple Formatting (Page, Cells); Filter and Sorting; Simple Pivots to get Sum, Average or Count; Simple Graphs; Basic Lookups, Logical, and Text Formulas (VLOOKUP, If, Text to Columns, Concatenate, Exact); Ability to problem solve to get expected results using resources such as Excel Help and Google; Moderately Complex Pivots including multiple fields (Show Value As, Slicer, Pivot Graphs); Moderately Complex Graphs including multiple fields.
- Interacts with business clients compiling project data
- Gathers, organizes, validates and summarizes the information
- Creates and distributes metrics and related statistical reports
- Analyzes trends to identify opportunities for HR and recommends solutions.
