Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Management, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or related
  • 6+ years of Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, Economist or related field
  • In lieu of Education, 8+ years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, Economist, or related field
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the ongoing activities related to design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Company's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Policy and Framework, and related methodologies.
  • Supports the New Initiatives and Change Management ERM program in analytical and reporting initiatives, automation and solving business problems using analytics.
  • Develops reporting dashboards focused on program health and committee reporting.
  • Provides tactical leadership in the development of monitoring and reporting practices for the organization.
  • Engages collaboratively with business and risk partners to enhance their risk management practices, identify improvement opportunities, and provide effective challenge and execute on the ERM framework.
  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
  • Supports the enhancements to New Initiatives and Change Management program reporting areas, as well as broader risk management framework.
  • Develops tools, visualizations, and dashboards to provide insights at scale to inform risk profile, and solves for analytical needs.
  • Supports automation efforts to simplify and streamline processes.
  • Performs end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables supporting program health and presentations to committees.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners, data and product owners to gather insights, understand risk reporting strategies and business needs to inform the development of ERM process enhancements and process simplification.
  • Works with various technology and product teams to design and implement reporting capabilities enabling analysis, monitoring and reporting.
  • Performs committee reporting in coordination with program team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, Business Administration or Management Preferred
  • RIMS - Certified Risk Management Professional Certification preferred
  • Experience and knowledge in data manipulation and analysis, dashboard creation, Power Point visualizations, Excel/Tableau/Power-Bi tools
  • Capable of creating insightful analysis reports and data visualizations
