Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies that integrate critical and emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with funded mission gaps and government priorities.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with mission partners, funding sources, and contracting agencies to optimize business capture strategies and enhance Parsons’ competitive position.
  • Leverage Parsons’ enterprise-wide strengths by identifying synergies across its full portfolio to drive innovative, multi-domain solutions for customers.
  • Enhance and elevate Parsons’ program management, risk management, systems engineering, and staffing strategies to ensure operational excellence and mission success.
  • Expand Parsons’ strategic presence in key defense, intelligence, space, cyber, and airborne organizations within the DoD and IC through targeted business and account strategies.
  • Oversee the identification, definition, and initial execution of high-priority pursuits and programs across the Defense & Intelligence (D&I) portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives.
  • Shape and guide Internal R&D (IR&D) and Contract R&D (CR&D) investments to enhance Parsons’ technological capabilities and position the company as an industry leader in mission-driven solutions.
  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities in Geographical Combatant Command AORs, driving business expansion and revenue growth in alignment with Parsons’ long-term vision and business objectives.
