  • 5-8+ years’ experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or adjacent roles
  • Analytical and has an interest in geeking out to various technologies - understands complexity and can simplify it, while also adding just the right level of detail and flare
  • Understands complex B2B software buying processes and where PMM adds value
  • Has sold into or can quickly get into the minds of Finance, executive-level personas, and/or senior-level IT personas
  • Has created raving fans from internal stakeholders - product, marketing, sales teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills
  • Strong project management, problem solving, writing, and communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Understand the market – apply market research skills, analyze the market, and distill it into actionable insights for marketing, sales, and product
  • Quickly become an expert on complex products – ability to highlight pains, solution, buyer ecosystem, and appropriate use cases and translate to value in deliverables
  • Create impactful, effective positioning – tell wildly persuasive stories that will move an audience at targeted events, sell sales to sell more, and convince a prospect they need to become a customer
  • Create go-to-market strategy and drive high-impact deliverables – partner with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable, strategic content that drives pipeline, cross-sell/up-sell, and deal acceleration
  • Execute on cross-organizational product launches – ensure the latest innovations are communicated to the right audiences, how and where they matter most, and motivate and bring along the right teams to get there with you
  • Create mid-bottom funnel product collateral that resonates with our prospects – deliver high-quality whitepapers, datasheets, presentations, demos, playbooks, and more for both Growth Marketing and Sales efforts
  • Influence product direction – know the market and buyers so well that you can work with Product to ensure product innovations are aligned to where the market is headed
  • Measure and make strategic recommendations – understand how your work influences the organization and continuously iterate to uplevel the Product Marketing team
