Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive user growth strategies with clear goals and optimized channels.
  • Use a mix of creative advertising, Google Ads, SEO, social media, YouTube ads, and influencer partnerships to increase user acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize various marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Tailor advertising strategies to different user segments and market needs to improve ad conversion rates.
  • Design and implement SEO strategies to improve organic website traffic through keyword optimization, content creation, and more.
  • Develop content marketing plans, including blog posts and social media content, to attract potential users and increase engagement.
  • Collaborate with relevant KOLs and influencers to promote the brand and drive user acquisition.
  • Plan and execute creative online and offline events, such as themed workshops, community gatherings, and virtual events, to attract and engage users and boost brand visibility.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to monitor and assess the performance of all channels, generating reports and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to continuously refine marketing strategies and drive user growth.
  • Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between growth strategies and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support the planning and execution of major campaigns, enhancing brand impact and conversion rates.
